Make a simple statement this Halloween or anytime of the year with this easy Monsters Inc. nail look! Very quick and easy!!!!

All you'll need:
Googly eyes (small and medium ones)
Lime green polish
Purple polish
Turquoise polish

Watch the video, or work it out yourself like a Pro ;) and voila!
